Champion Skills To Model

1. Footwork & Angles
Model: fast in-and-out movement, side steps, pivots, and attacking from angles.
Drill: step in/out, 45-degree step, pivot after punch.
2. Speed Combinations
Model: fast punches with balance, not wild punches.
Drill: jab-cross, double jab-cross, cross-hook-cross.
3. Southpaw Awareness
Model: outside foot position, straight-left timing, angle control.
Drill: step outside, straight left, pivot out.
4. Defense & Exit
Model: slip, roll, block, step back, pivot away after attacking.
Drill: punch combination then defensive exit.
5. Conditioning
Model: round-by-round stamina and explosive speed.
Drill: 3-minute rounds with 1-minute rest.
6. Warrior Mindset
Model: discipline, courage, humility, focus, and daily improvement.
Drill: write today’s weakness and attack it.

Complete Daily Drills

1. Warm-Up + Jump Rope

Duration: 10 minutes
Do light jump rope, arm circles, shoulder rolls, hip circles, and shadow footwork.

Goal: prepare body safely.

2. Footwork & Angles

Duration: 15 minutes
Practice:
• Step in / step out
• Side step left and right
• Pivot after punch
• 45-degree angle step
• Circle around target

Goal: hit and move, never stay in front.

3. Speed Combinations

Duration: 15 minutes
Practice fast but balanced:
• Jab-cross
• Jab-cross-hook
• Double jab-cross
• Cross-hook-cross
• Jab-cross-hook-roll out

Goal: speed with control.

4. Southpaw Positioning

Duration: 10 minutes
Practice:
• Right foot outside position
• Jab to open guard
• Straight left timing
• Pivot after straight left

Goal: create clean punching lanes.

5. Defense & Exit

Duration: 15 minutes
Practice:
• Slip left/right
• Roll under hook
• Step back
• Pivot exit
• Guard returns after every punch

Goal: punch, defend, exit safely.

6. Conditioning Rounds

Duration: 20 minutes
Do 3-minute rounds:
Round 1: jump rope
Round 2: shadow boxing
Round 3: footwork
Round 4: bag combos
Round 5: core work

Rest 1 minute between rounds.
