Ethical Modeling Rule

Do not copy exact choreography, video titles, branding, likeness, or copyrighted workout content. Model the principles: clear cueing, beginner-friendly movement, camera connection, follow-along structure, consistency, and product packaging. Then create your own original fitness brand.

Today’s 60-Minute Drill

10 min warm-up teaching
10 min cueing drill
15 min cardio flow
10 min toning/core
10 min camera practice
5 min self-review

Fitness Video Icon Principles

1. Beginner-Friendly Teaching
Teach every move in 3 levels: beginner, intermediate, advanced.
2. Strong Cueing
Say the move before it happens. Use short phrases: step right, breathe, four more, change.
3. Follow-Along Structure
Use a repeatable workout formula: warm-up, cardio, toning, core, cool down.
4. Camera Connection
Teach to the viewer like they are in front of you. Smile, look at the camera, speak clearly.
5. Fitness Product System
One live class becomes one recorded workout, clips, ebook, membership upload, and course lesson.
