By joining any session provided through this system (including dance fitness, yoga, tai chi, karaoke, or wellness activities), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Voluntary Participation: You are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.
Health Responsibility: You confirm that you are physically fit to join. If unsure, consult a physician before participating.
No Live Instructor: Sessions are delivered via pre-recorded or third-party video content. No live instructor supervision is provided.
Assumption of Risk: Activities may involve physical movement. You assume all risks of injury, illness, or discomfort.
Release of Liability: You release the company, venue, licensee, staff, and partners from any liability arising from participation.
Children & Minors: Parents/guardians are responsible for supervision and consent.
No Refund Policy: All payments are final. No refunds for missed or unused sessions.
Media Consent: You consent to possible photo/video capture for promotional use unless stated otherwise.
Code of Conduct: Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.
This agreement is legally binding. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.
